Fluffiest, softest gluten free bread rolls
I finally did it. After years of trying and many, many, many failed attempts I finally got the fluffiest, best-textured, gluten free, dairy free biscuits that work with ALL of my allergies (soy, nut, sorghum and on and on). These are so simple to make as they use King Arthur’s Pancake and Waffle Mix and they come out with amazing texture. I was attempting to make biscuits but the texture is much more like a dinner roll to me. The bread comes out on the sweet side and I like that. No more hard as hockey puck rolls or bread that tastes overly coconutty! I can’t wait to hear how you love these.
